- Firm and proposal content — the firm details, project history, personnel, certifications, solicitations, and proposals you add to your profile and library. This is the information hank uses to draft and improve your proposals.

2. How we use your information

- to build and maintain your firm’s profile and library, so hank gets faster and more accurate for you the more you use it;

- to secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service;
- to comply with legal obligations.
Your firm’s content is used to improve your experience. We do not use your confidential firm content to train a shared model accessible to other customers, and we do not sell your data.
3. AI processing
To generate drafts, scores, and rewrites, your content is processed by our AI model provider, [ Anthropic ], through its API. We send only what is needed to perform the task you request. We do not sell your information and do not share your firm content with other customers. We share information only with service providers (“subprocessors”) that help us run the Service, under contracts that protect your data:
